Notes:
Tier 1: No real changes ever
Tier 2: ATO is gonna be nice next semester baring more probo
Tier 3: Phi Psi not there yet
Tier 4: DTD not 3rd tier anymore
Tier 5: Almost put Pi lam and Chi phi in tier 6, but the others are solid in 5th
Tier 6: Last tier that really socials so I left 7 and 8 out, all pretty even socially and 2 might replace chi phi and pi lam next semester.
other: Probably wrong in some places, cant know everything tho
