Reasoning:
No one really knows how much trouble DCHi is in if any so for now still top house. Beta sig is so lit and could rise to top 2 if Dchi or SAE steps back next semester. If Dsig gets aphi for thon id put them in front of pike and sig chi. Everyone in tier 2 will do better socially with Sammy gone. Sig Ep continues to slowly rise, Lambda continues to slowly fall. Lambda freshmen not as bad as their sophomores tho. AEPi making serious moves during this semester but we will see if they actually social better next semester. DTD freshmen are hella weird and theyre falling. AGR overrated. Phi Who underrated. Kappa Sig get off this website. I didnt put PKT in here, but expect them to be 6/7 tier to start next year.
