on campus frats (mostly fiji) going down hill

With the new restrictions put in place it really limits on campus frats from having the same crowds they had before. Fiji had there Wednesday's taken away and haven't even had a dry social since the restrictions this is really going to hurt them considering Wednesday's were the only thing keep Fiji in tier 4. Other on campus frats weren't really that good to begin with so they won't be hit as hard.
