I go to ohio state and our greek system is kind of similar to how they are setting up yours-- deferred rush, no kegs, our IFC recently banned liquor (even tho it gets broken all the time) , and while those aren't great you can adjust to em
no daylongs and 10 socials tho... wow. good luck
