The only reason this is a big deal is because sororities for the first time ever are being held accountable for something finally. It's always the frats fault never the girls fault. Protests happen when girls can't get their blacked out bean flicked wed-sunday

If there is no formal rush there is no quota. If everyone's numbers are going down for the same reason chapters will not get shut down. They can bid upperclassmen to total any time.

Because if they cannot make quota and start dropping in #'s, their national will shut them down. This is how it usually works with many NPC orgs.
