No. I know for a fact that my sorority has been socialling with the same fraternities at PSU since the 80s.

This may be true of poster above. However, chapters disappear and others move into their spots. Look back on GR at posts from many years ago. You will see that some are not where they were then. One or two uncharacteristically good or bad pledge classes can change a reputation. Open minded scheduling and unexpected pairing can always start new relationships.
