upper tier frat rankings

1) DCHI/SAE, PIKE, BETA SIG, SIG CHI, D SIG
2) SAMMY, ACACIA, TKE, SIG EP, LAMBDA/ATO
3) SIG PI, DTD, DU
Small gap - AEPI
Mid tiers
(Not gonna rank mid or lower tiers don't know them as well)

SAE and DCHi are clearly top houses but DCHI has slight edge, cuz of better Freshman PC.

D Sig rose fast and was lit last semester (might pass sig chi soon).
Sammy not as good as it used to be but is definitely top of 2.

Sig ep is rising and Lamda is still riding old reputation, not great freshman PC for Lamda. Still both good frats but sig ep deserves to pass Lamda already.

Ato got screwed over with everything that happened but still has chill brothers.

DTD solid fall PC that puts them over DU and is pretty close to sig pi.

DU had fun daylongs.

Aepi not as fun as the rest of the top tiers.
