what will happen to beta's house?

Now that Beta lost their charter, what will happen to their house? Will it be rented out to another Greek Organization?

It all depends on what the Beta House Corp. will do. My guess is that they will probably rent it out to another Greek Organization for the period of time that Beta is suspended. I cannot image they will just leave it empty. But then again, how knows. We will have to wait and see.

I would imagine the house will be rented out to another organization by next school year. Beta House Corp. will lose a lot of money if the house stays empty.
