After reading the article that was recently posted about Beta's charter revoked and criminal charges will be added to the law suit, I seriously doubt Beta will be back anytime soon. They are currently on a five year suspension, depending on the outcome of the investigation. If Beta is found guilty, the I would suspect the suspension to go a lot longer. Either way Beta screwed themselves.
