What was Pi Kappa Phis ranking/tier when they went down all that time ago? Where are they expected to be when they reopen in the fall?

They were one of the top houses, arguably top house. Great party set up, mostly nice guys too. Not sure if they will get their house back but theyll probably start off upper middle or lower top

As far as I know, they never lost their old house, they just got suspended from social events for 3 years. They still have lowkey stuff sometimes, the football players and cheerleaders seem to go there a lot.

they lost it for 3 years, meaning the kids who pledged last will be gone by the time they're back. football players go there because some live in the house rn

They had a big day long yesterday. I realize they are not part of the Greek life rn but still I thought a day long rn was in poor taste.

How is this poor taste? They're not with IFC, why do they have to listen to the social ban? If there was no ban on us, there would be daylongs. Sad!
