kdr
by: CuriousWhat's the deal with kdr? When they come back, will any members be left from the scandal, or are they starting at square 1? Will they get their house back?
#2 by: Hi
On paper they SHOULDNT be back because the 3 year ban means almost everyone, including freshman will have graduated at the time when they are allowed to recharter (remember, ghosts are not legal). Also recharter still has to be approved by both their ifc and nationals. Quite frankly nobody knows, not even their brothers who will tell you otherwise. Their house is occupied and from what I hear at the end of the lease (which is not over) KS may make moves to buy. Everything is in the air, it's too early for anyone to know for sure.

Since KDR nationals owns the house wouldn't they just stop leasing it to Kappa Sig when KDR returns this fall? KDR is still an entity on campus as they do stuff with DKE under a club name so it's not like they've just been wiped out of existence, plus with all the recent Beta pledges looking for some place to go KDR could easily regain membership by the spring

When a chapter loses its charter, nationals will not bring them back for AT LEAST 5 years (usually longer) so that anyone associated with the chapter has graduated. When they do come back, they recruit an entirely new group of guys. Anyone that thinks they are pledging KDR by joining a club, is kidding themselves. They have no affiliation with the frat. When/if KDR nationals come back the "underground" members will not be part of the process.

Kdr nationals doesn't own the house. A simple google search is sufficient
