what's the deal with tier 4 frats?

Every ranking I look at seems to have them in a different order.
What's the most accurate ranking of the following:
Fiji, TDX, Beta, AGR, Phi Psi,

Within a tier, any of the frats are interchangeable. It is a matter of personal opinion. They probably pair with the same sororitys and are similar kinds of guys. One person might say one is better, while another person would have the opposite opinion. Really it does not matter. All are probably very much alike. I prefer Beta, and no I am not self ranking!
