-Dsig is definitely back and past Sammy, who did nothing
-Sig Ep doesn't get bars but moves up with ATO gone
-Other than Jungle week Aepi definitely way worse than others in 3, Phi Psi honestly better
-Only reason Beta is up there is cause they're always self tanking on this site, they'll always be rich squids on campus with a nice house

No shot you can put Phi Psi next to DTD and think that's ok. Phi Psi is tier 4 and won't be leaving anytime soon
