2016/2017 mid-year rankings w/ explanations

The year is halfway over and it's been a dramatic one
1. SAE/D Chi, Beta Sig/Pike, Sig Chi, Sammy
2. D Sig, Acacia/ATO, Lambda/TKE
3. Sig Ep, Sig Pi, AEPi, DTD, DU
4. Phi Psi, Beta, AGR, TDX, FIJI
5. Zeta Psi, Phi Who, Pi Lam, Far Sig, Kappa Sig, Chi Phi
6. Alpha Sig, AXP, DKE, Sig Tau, Sig Nu
7. Skulls, Theta Chi, AKL
8. ADPhi, Mudhouse
9. ZBT, Triangle
Notes:
- After tier 4, things can get a little bit choppy and these houses have smaller parties. The lower rankings are more subject to personal opinion of the members. Slashes in the rankings indicate that the houses are about equal, and if one is considered bether it is either slight or depending on who you ask.
- No DU gap. Consider them the top of 4 or bottom of 3. Nice daylongs too.
- Sig Ep has been throwing some nice parties, a few I've attended, but they won't be crossing over to tier 2 IMO.
- SAE and D Chi have similar parties in terms of size and fun. Same goes to Beta Sig and Pike.
- Acacia and ATO throw great parties in their tier with Acacia having a slight edge due to size and social schedule. I included ATO in these rankings because I'm 95% sure they're not getting kicked off, everyone's stories about why they got in trouble are so different and there have been no news publications.
- TKE and Lambda throw nice parties too, personally can't say which is better since I don't go to these houses as often as the ones above them.
- Sig Pi, DTD, AEPi, all are nice places to be. Pretty fun parties.

You literally post this everywhere. Alpha Sig brother sat in front of me this smester in class and was on this website 99% of the time. You aren't in tier 5.
