Do guys in Kappa Sig tell rushes they're keeping KDR's house even though they're most likely getting it back in 2018?

yeah they do. it's their only way of luring kids in. don't rush that place. not worth it.

KDR was a national scandal, there is no way Penn State will let them back on. If they do, sure they can go for ATO's house.
