.With ATO's future up in the air I haven't included them in this list with that said houses are moving up. Sig ep breaks into tier 2 and overtakes lambda. Sig ep hasn't been constantly been getting better and better all year and that is continuing. Acacia moves to top spot on tier 2. ACACIA has the potential to break into tier 1 although this is unlikely. FIJI moves up to Tier 4. FIJi Wednesday's have constantly getting better. Sammy and DTD on the way down

Girl here. AXP's house is absolutely disgusting been there once and incredibly run down and it looks like the brothers don't care about. Speaking of the brothers not much too look at there and yeah they might have brought in a big pledge class but the guys are really weird. I'd rather have quality over quantity and no quality there.

Probably a frat who cares the very least about greek rank when the 2 tiers "above" them have the same social schedule even with a "run down" house lol

They did bring in a huge fall pledge class though, not nearly as bad as people make them out to be
