Realistically there are only 3 tier 1 houses that share power equally, these are the houses that have the most competition to get bars to on party nights. SAE And BSB are the only clear top houses right now because they control thursday and friday. DSIG and DCHI compete for saturday, but SAE and BSB take bars at DSIG almost every weekend because lets face it, its 10 times better. Dchi parties get worse and worse every week because people are catching on. Change in coming for greek life, with all the power going to SAE BSB and DSIG. You could make the case that SAE is at the top of it all, because of their excellent relationships and ability to get bars at virtually every house, having a monopoly on tuesday nights, and arguably throwing the best daylongs with Sammy pit being shut down for the semester.
