fraternity rankings- new tiers

Alright traditional tiers just do not make sense. The new 2 are "top houses" but just do not get bars at the top tiers. Lambda and Sig Ep are good but just not at the same level as ATO, Acacia, and TKE. DU and Phi Psi are an awkward inbetween Sig Pi's tier and AGR's.

4. Lambda, Sig Ep
5. AEPi, Sig Pi, DTD
6. DU, Phi Psi
7. TDX, AGR, Zeta Psi

9. Chi Phi, AXP, Alpha Sig, DKE, Sig Tau, Sig Nu
Irrelevant. Skulls, Theta Chi, AKL, 8. ADPhi, Mudhouse, ZBT, Triangle

Switch beta and zeta psi. Ever since beta got off Probo their parties have been way better. I personally know that we have cancelled on zeta psi to go to beta.
