ATO and DSig are clearly better than rest of 2, not quite 1
Sig Ep self ranks. They're good, but not quite 2 status
Everyone on tier 3 is doing very well except for DTD, they continue falling
Phi Psi clear best in 4, not quite 3. AGR is better than TDX now easily
Beta doing well but the self-ranking gotta stop
FIJI is nowhere near as good as they think they are
