can somebody explain how beta has made this remarkable climb up to 4th?

You don't understand, you are allowed to make your own rankings so any frat can be any tier that they desire.

This is one one of the worst rankings I have ever seen. Move Fiji and Beta down to 5. Alpha Sig can move up a tier and drop Kappa Sig down.
