real top tier rankings

1.SAE 2. Pike 3.Dchi 4. SigChi 5. Bagel

1. SAE; cool dudes that the sororities love and have been on the top for awhile, though this years pledge class is average to say the best
2. Pike; on the come up fast sophomore class is a bunch of studs and this years pledge class was another good one
3. Dchi; top house for the past two years though becoming a little too exclusive and is shown through the weak pledge class as they didn't reach out to rushes
4. SigChi; off probation this year so look for them to climb the rankings as this should be a big year from them also picked up a good pledge class
5. Bagel; definitely know how to throw down and the girls love their house but with an average pledge class this year it's a trend of them dropping in the rankings
Overview; look for these house to flop rankings throughout the year but none of them will drop down with Sammy basically gone these are the coolest frats on campus hands down. Lot of humors of ATO and Sig Ep picking up dope pledge classes and taking some top tier rushes though.
