delta phi epsilon
by: curiousSo with 18 sororities at Penn State, how do you guys think Delta Phi Epsilon will do? Are there really enough girls on campus for another sorority? And are they automatically bottom?

It depends on the kind of girls that rush. There will for sure be enough girls. They will accept about 200 for the first pledge class and about 500 minimum are expected to rush. Their tier will be decided after their first semester/ year when we see the kind of girls that were recruited and how well they social with frats. They will find their place. I actually predict they will jump to lower middle tier
