sorority snap bids

What are the odds that sororities do snap bids? And when would they do it?

you would've already gotten a call if you were receiving a snap bid. They happen the day of and day after bid day.

They only give snap bids to PNM's who either did not get a bid or who rejected whomever gave them a bid...Is that correct?
