I don't get why most posts rank DChi the #1 house??!! Looks wise, the Dchi kids are nothing special, a lot of the other top tier frats have arguably better looking guys. Yea, Dchi boys have money, but kids in frats like SAE and Sig Chi are just as wealthy if not even wealthier than DChi. Party wise, many places throw down harder than DChi does. So how is Dchi top house?
