by: -Odds are I'm getting a bid tomorrow from a frat I kind of like. Im not super into the frat though. Do I just pledge the frat and hope for the best or try my shot rushing spring in hope of getting a frat i really want to join?

Yeah if you don't really like the frat, then maybe give rush another try next semester. I'm in the same position as you, but I'm a sophomore. I'd rather be in no fraternity than one that I don't really enjoy or don't mix well with.
