pref night to bid day

If one of the sororities I had yesterday pref'd less girls than the other one does that affect how I'm ranked? Like if being ranked really low for Sorority A is still higher compared to being ranked in the middle for the Sorority B does that mean I'll get a bid from sorority A? (Even tho I put Sorority A last on my list)
