You will mostly get the experience of partying that comes with being in a sorority by joining these groups. Some would say you will get the sisterhood aspect but I'm not so sure about that. You won't have a sorority floor or any of the other things Greek life does.
If you are a dancer, there are groups like Vole that are basically like sororities only they all dance as well. They social and what not. Also the nursing org "Snap".
Maybe join a thon committee or business frat
