im gonna rush next fall and i have a couple friends at psu who told me that rushing frats can be a lot like rushing sororities bc good looking guys usually go to top houses just like sororities. Is this true?

Not necessarily. You'll have a wide variety of looks in all houses. There are girls in low sororities who are more attractive then girls in tops. Vice versa with frats.
