A lot of the houses are cool, old mansions and therefore have relatively attractive exteriors. The houses with the nicest interiors are the ones that have been renovated most recently, so Beta, Chi Phi, Sig Pi, etc.

Beta definitely has the nicest house, that's the reason why their alumni don't allow almost any kind of social event at the house
