time to address the "top tier" ranks

DChi is the undisputed top house as of now. SAE is no where near tied with them, you hear about pike parties more than SAE. Sammy has been beat and their pledges seem to have nothing better to do than squad up downtown with all of them wearing that same sweatshirt. Bagel is just kinda there. Sig Chi gets bars at Sig Pi. We'll see how next year looks.
