Let's clear this up: DU is in no way better than anybody else in tier 4. They social with exact same sororities as TDX, Phi Psi, AGR, etc. Letting better houses use your house from time to time doesn't make your house any better, this whole "DU gap" is retarded

True they are similar to Phi Psi/ TDX but AGR is in no way comparable to the three, they do not social nearly as well

DU's house is too big for 1 on 1 socials, it makes them awkward. The guys don't dance but the drinks are on point. AGR has a beautiful house, fun guys but DU guys are more attractive. Throw Phi Psi somewhere in the middle. So personally I prefer AGR for 1 on 1 socials but when DU has >4 ways I would prefer DU
