people who go into rush thinking the only option is a top tier house end up getting disappointed

I basically only rushed top tiers and ended up disappointed. Ended up in upper middle but only because I had a friend

It wasn't hard to get in Theta this past year that is why they fell to mid tier. It has top tier frats and sororitys thinking what were they doing?
