yes you can be in a panhel sorority and be in ESA. there are girls that do that now. but if you're already in another sorority, it means that time will be split in between the two. that's taken into account during recruitment. also, the reasoning why you want to join another socializing organization is taken into account. a lot of girls that dropped their sororities rush too, but ESA knows what sorority you're in, where you dropped, etc. and it is all considered before bids are given out.
