Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.2 As a former member who decided to leave this sorority, I can tell you that this chapter needs drastic improvements. 1. It's very cliquey. The attractive girls associate with eachother and rarely interact with the "uglier" girls. 2. It's not fun. They have rigid rules so partying with them is boring. Low tier sororities NEED to be fun. 3. The executive board engages in favoritism. Yet they wonder why they have poor sisterhood? PNMs should know these problems before pledging &wasting thousands $.

There's hot girls and there's weird girls, but one thing stands out: they aren't known for having fun. Always nice to anyone but they're nothing compared to other girls at parties. Have the potential to move up if they just realize that image isn't everything.
