Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.4 These girls are not weird like others in the bottom tier. They are actually pretty normal and goodlooking. But something keeps them bottom tier, I cant put my finger on it. Maybe they will go up in tier, especially based o pledges I saw.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.4 One or two ok pledge classes does not a top teir make. With more girls going through recruitment these past few years, they've been able to step up the quality of girls they bid, for the most part. A little more hard work during recruitment and they may pull a solid middle teir spot within the next few years. Keep up the improvement ladies!
