Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 I rushed but stopped because it was very overwhelming but I talked to the nicest girl during philanthropy round and she really seemed to care about me when she asked how rush was going. It felt like she was the only one not my pi chi who wanted to know how I feel.

They really believe in their philanthropies, it's definitely their strong suit and I know they're moving up the ranks.
