Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.7 TBH, not the prettiest girls here. But they seem like a genuinely nice group that's there for one another. So if you are a regular looking girl who wants to rush for the sisterhood, this is a solid option for you. Not much in the way of a social calendar (with other frats) but they always seem to have a great time together.
