Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.6 Arguably the best sorority here, but it's really only because of looks and they have a nasty reputation as being really rude. I lived next to an Alpha Phi girl freshman year and she was the most miserable person I've ever met.
