Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 Penn Stats is a school revered for its legendary Greek life and parties... a mid tier house here would be top at any other school. Even with all the new rules and restrictions, PSU Greek life is arguably still the best in the country.

Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 The new rules are kinda trash but even with them greek life is a must at PSU. It's very competitive in the spring, less in the fall, but if you get into a good one it will be the best decision of your life.
