Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.4 It seems one or two brothers ruin it by self ranking a lot which is a bummer since some of their parties can actually be pretty fun. Looking at them now compared to how they were a few years ago is very different. They have definitely done better with their new house and now a great fence but it will still be some time before they break out of mid, they seem to get in their own way unfortunately. Still would go though, despite parties sometimes being a hit or miss.
