APD and ZBT take the cake for the top self-rangers on this app. I’ve seen so many rankings recently with ZBT as an “upper middle house” when they are no higher than mid/lower mid. Their brothers have to be coming on here daily just to post positive rankings of themselves

The three 5 star ratings under this were all made in a span of 10 minutes. It’s honestly sad that ZBT has resorted to taking over Greek rank to try and salvage their reputation. This is a lower tier fraternity , don’t be fooled by their herbs of brothers

Honestly had some of the best parties of the year last semester and always had fun. They are the best, don’t get the hate

Went to a party here the other week and I was just disappointed. My boy hyped themselves up so much but all the women were chopped and the party itself was just lame, no effort and the brothers all just stood talking to each other instead of women. Just a bad vibe

This place has gotta be considered just straight bottom tier at this point, their pc’s somehow have only been getting worse and their parties are actually horrible. I went to one the other week and was just bored. Bad aux and chopped women + brothers, would recommend staying away
