Aren’t very well recognized but within time and if they get a house these guys could do something great.

Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 I went to their last party and felt way more respected than any other frat dudes I've hangout with. These guys are way cooler than other "bottom tier" frats and are only bottom tier since they're new. Seem to have a great brotherhood. My friends and I will for sure be hanging out with them a lot in the near future. Cant wait to see what these guys do.
