Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 Definitely not top tier but the next thing to it. Great parties, cool guys and honestly one of my favorite houses. The only complaint that I have is that the girls are average and sometimes above average. That’s what separates this frat from the top tier.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.8 Its almost like Sig Ep owns this website and posts there own reviews everywhere because anyone that goes to this college knows that they are hated by most frats and dont get socials anywhere. Theyll continue to be squid ep tho and still try to move out of third tier as hard as they can!
