Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 This fraternity is the perfect blend of academics and social life. They strongly support your studies as you pledge and also once you are a member. Moreover, they social with top teir sororities and fraternities. Most importantly the brothers show a deep brotherhood within their ranks. As for how friendly they are. They aren’t bad guys, they are actually pretty even with the cliche frat guy and average joe ratio. However, they are not very forthcoming on welcoming just anyone. Moreover, their overall look as a group is pleasing to the eyes of many girls on campus.
