Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 These boys ( and I do mean boys as in immature and impotent) are entitled and stuck up! There is really no reason they should have these traits because they are not particularly bright, have absolutely no class, and only a few are even presentable let alone good looking.Way over-rated!
