Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 5.0 I'm from a different chapter and an alumni, but I visited these guys a couple weeks ago and they are def a great group of guys. They gave me no problems and all of them were respectful. The girls they hang out with were hot and they know how to have a great time. They are def top tier at this university and have a great house as well. I have friends who are in other fraternities and they talk well about most of these guys as well.
