Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.9 sweet guys who are genuinely fun to talk to. felt super comfortable going to their parties and several guys made sure i was okay before leaving. they may not be top tier socially but this is truly one of the good ones.

Never have any good spring socials because their entire crowd is random freshman who disappear after rush and consistently lie about who their social partners are

Can say they had easily the worst music (when the speakers were actually working lol) out of all the frats. The dj was noticeably bad even when we were drunk. Every single one of their parties had some cringey name. these dudes are definitely not a great house to party at
