Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 One of the pledges abuses women and has no shame it. I went to one of their parties and the music was trash and the men were disgusting. 🤮🤮

Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.9 Skulls is a lower mid fraternity at psu; socials are not great but tend to draw a crowd, given maybe mostly freshmen. They do also have a great house and location. Some of the guys at skulls are great and some are creeps, very hit or miss. Worth a visit but not a frequent.

Their PC and parties were both buns this semester and they lost all of their sorority pairs leaving them solely with dphie. These dudes suck ass, do not listen to the middle tier reviews.
