Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.8 This house throws down hard and has a great brotherhood. The only reason why they haven't done too much this semester is because they were on Sopro and they don't have much money for parties right now. Expect phi who to keep moving up and to come back next semester with sick parties.
