Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 2.4 The parties are lame. The DJ sucks. I have been there a few times this semester and its the same playlist. The guys are okay but not attractive at all, most are creepy. Overall, I think this fraternity is below average.
